The Unimpeachable Word Of God
It’s amazing to read the Bible and see how perfectly it blends together and supports Itself. From Genesis to Revelation, there is harmony and purity. The Bible interprets Itself and nothing makes for false doctrines more than men trying to do the interpretation themselves. By the Holy Ghost, David plainly promised that God would keep His Bible perfect, “The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever” (Psalm 12:6-7). If you have a corrupt Bible, it will twist this Scripture until it denies that It is still perfect. The Holy Ghost has several titles depending on His many offices. One of those offices is titled, “The Spirit of Truth.” He, also, promises to watch over the Word to be careful that It is fulfilled. The Bible actually tells us that a person that changes or removes any part of this Word will be removed out of the Book of Life, “And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book” (Revelation 22:19). The Word of God is life-changing!

Amen & amen, His word is in errant perfect in all ways! Anyone who adds or takes away, well it gives me the shivers on how the Lord will deal w/these people. One thing that makes me very angry is when I hear these liberals destroy the obvious meanings in Scripture and I thank GOD that your not one of them!

What I find “amazing” is How few “ministers” Know “The Word of God” is NOT The Bible but Jesus.. your Bible and even the perverted text of the many “translations/pervertions” of the scriptures all say that Jesus is The ONLY ONE w/The Title of “The Word of God” but dont take any mans “word” for it.Read it for yourself as I was directed to do by The Holy Spirit a few years ago.Most of you either own or can use a PC w/a bible program installed in it, If not simply download “E-Sword” in any version you like then do a Study on the Phrase “The Word of God” and see what it says. I’ll post the one verse most of you know by heart, yet you still continue to call the scriptures the Title Reserved for Jesus Christ alone.. who has alway been and will always be “The Word of God” that is able to save your Souls.. not the scriptures most have now been programed to call “The Word of God”.
Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Every where else in the scriptures when the writters themselves refer to The Scriptures NONE refer to them as “The Word of God”, they call them the scriptures. Paul said The Letter Kills as it is Void of The Word of God till He Anoints the scriptures in the mouth of the Preacher.. I have heard many men quote The Bible and even make sad attempts at “Preaching w/only The Bible and its Dead apart from The Word of God/Jesus Christ The ONLY Word of God.
Dont take any mans “word” for what is said about The Scriptures as the vast majority dont Know The Word of God/Jesus but they know that book they have made to be as God! Its why there is No power left in the many churches that cover the earth.. they have forsaken The Word of God for interpetations by theologians who have been “taught” by man what The Scriptures say… again.. dont take any mans word for what The Scriptures say as they are Spiritual and ONLY known by those born of same. “Any Man” includes me… ask Jesus to be your Teacher and He Will be by The Holy Spirit..
And heres a lil reminder in case you have already dismissed what i have said. The New Testament Church you read about in your BIBLES did not have a single copy between them all, they were as fugitives from “justice” of Men who like most today Held the scriptures above “The Word of God”.. dont be led by anyone but Jesus or you are no better than the hirelings who pretend to know Jesus because they have learned to quote the scriptures to support the many devissions/denomanations who do exactally the same thing.
… Follow Jesus by The Leading of The Holy Spirit and become a Living Epistle and have your own Testimony of Jesus experientially NOT by Proxy of The Saints written of in The Scriptures… You are what you eat and Jesus is The Bread of life.. not The Bible!

this is one of the terrible things happening in the churches and has caused THE OTHER Gospel that Paul warned us of..So many interpetations , but there is ONLY ONE..correct. I learned to let scripture speak for istself, and do not listen to men so to speak..Thank you for all your good true articles. G-d bless

Dear Brother Chambers, I have always loved the king James authorized verson of the bible for over forty six years now. I was advised to read the bible and accept just for what it says, as it is written on the pages, not to try and think for myself what the bible means or what I think it is saying. Many millions of people and ministers down through the centuries have applied the scriptures as to what they think it means, even today, we all for the most part follow the traditions of man or the tenets of the churches. How many different bibles do we have in our churches today, except for the king James, all of them have been altered by MAN, the N I V version being the worst of them all. We, all of us are preventing God from working in and through our lives and blessing us because we have gone away from the king James bible. It is the only bible that God will fulfill His will with and no other. The King James Bible is the inspired Word of God and there is no other. These new ones may be easy to read, but they are as wrong as they can possibly get. Personnaly speaking, I would have us all to return to the King James, then see what will happen. If it is not to late.

You are right on target here. Now I know there are “King James Bible” only folks out and many people have objections to these newer versions. The King James is my personal favorite, however, I have read the NIV in its entirety and it compares favorably with KJV and so does the RSV. I actually find reading multiple versions, along with my Strong’s Concordance is a big help in my personal bible Study.
My point here is that between the time the KJV came out and these newer versions I’ve mentioned, more ancient manuscripts have since been found which were incorporated while making the RSV and NIV translations. What I find fascinating is that the KJV has held up so well – these later discoveries merely confirming its accuracy.
Truly, God had watched over his word for us all this time.

Karl Barth, a famous Swiss theologian, believed that the Bible contained the Word of God, but that that Word also came to us in other ways, particularly in preaching (also revelation, experience, affirmations). I have found recently the wondrous truth that Scripture, in a way that nothing else does, blesses me.
Would you state that the Bible is the highest among several ways God reveals Himself to us;, or, that it is on a different level than other revelations; or, like the Church of Christ and others, that the Bible is the ONLY way that God has revealed Himself? Thanks.

It is always a Blessed Jolt for the believer when he sees his teachers agree with each
other : those blessed fine people from The Berean Call have published on the same week
with your present article : “Still Inspired” about The Bible, quoted from Pastor
F.B.Meyer, whose monographies in Moody Press have comforted generations of CHRISTians.
But how the believer can be sure that our printed Bible today is still THE WORD OF GOD,
Pure And Unadulterated, after so long a time of transmission with so many probable
“losses in translation” ? For sure that right from the Birth of the Church, the Devil had
already prepared his counterattack in the guise of heresy,false teaching,and spurious
scriptures(of which the Gnostic ones are not the least).
A stunning example is that of the Gnostic Library discovered in Egypt in 1945, two years
before The Qumran findings in The Holy Land ! It is as if the Devil “saw It Coming”,
The Flood Of Revelation About Israel That Would Engulf him, that he readyied his dykes
beforehand ! We know what the result was afterward when his most trusted mustachioed
and booted minion cast the decisive vote for The re-Creation Of Israel…
The Gnostic writings were about The New Testament, while The Qumran Ones were about
The Old Testament and Israel. The spurious texts were completely forgotten when The
Biblical School Of Jerusalem convened to examine the Qumran Find. In UN halls and
world chanceries, Ancient Prophecies About Israel Were Being Fulfilled Before the
very helpless rage of Israel’s enemy. And in Jerusalem, Prophecies were being examined
while the gunfire heralding Their Fulfillment broke out in the streets right under the
School windows. It was an eerie moment for the learned scholars in awe At GOD’S WORD
IN ACTION.
Losing that battle, the Devil took his revenge by making The Holy City fall into infidel
hands for 19 years.
But The Holy Scriptures Were Saved from the claws of the enemy.
Back to our subject of the Uncorruptibility Of GOD’S WORD, how can we know ?
First St Paul had warned us of sticking to the form of the letter, and thus shunting
THE INSPIRING POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO BREATHES THROUGHOUT The Scriptures,
by telling us that the Letter Gives death and ONLY THE SPIRIT GIVES LIFE(II Corinthians viii)
[Just a personal testimony, i’ve once seen Its Effect when quoting This Verse to “Jehovah’s Witnesses” who were arguing against THE HOLY SPIRIT AS A PERSON : they quickly stop arguing !]
As believers who love GOD’S WORD, we can just rest assured that whenever we read The Bible,
Its AUTHOR WHO IS NONE OTHER THAN THE HOLY SPIRIT HIMSELF IS At our side, GUARANTEEING
Its Veracity At Every Word.
For those who haggle about “this / that version-only”, let them report TO THE AUTHOR Himself;
and heed St Paul’s warning.
Our LORD REMINDS us THAT THE COMFORTER HAS COME PRECISELY TO BEAR WITNESS ABOUT HIM.
So, let us marvel At HOW THE HOLY SPIRIT BEARS WITNESS TO THE VERACITY OF GOD’S WORD
WHO IS NONE OTHER THAN Our SAVIOR JESUS-CHRIST HIMSELF.
So, if we ever happen to be stranded in a place where only perverted versions of The Bible
(“The New World Translation Of The Greek Holy Scriptures” for instance!)are available,
i believe that we don’t have to shun them; and that after praying TO GOD, read them for
Guidance And Inspiration without fear of being misled; for THE TRUE AUTHOR IS AT our side,
righting every crooking up Of HIS WORK. For After All, HE ONLY TAKES BACK AND CORRECTS What
Has Been Stolen FROM HIM, And Perverted for evil purposes by someone whose Sentence Is Just
Awaiting Execution.
One GOD’S Servant writes that our Holy Bible Is The Visible Form Of Our INVISIBLE LORD,
and that how we treat our Bible is exactly how we treat our LORD AND SAVIOR.

I have no formal theoloical pedigree, but for what it is worth, I believe the Bible is the primary way that God reveals himself to us and that the other means you mentioned will, if they are truly coming from God, act as confirmations to God’s Word.
If they do not, then their source is definitely not from God because he would never contradict himself.

One GOD’S Servant has written that there are only Two Kinds of Books in the world:
# All the books made by men
# And The Book That Makes men.
Perhaps we wonder why Is That GOD HAD CHOSEN Such an imperfect means as man TO CONVEY
HIS WORD to men. Why Not Dispose The Stars into HIS WORD AS A WHOLE, Or Burn IT on
mountain rocks By HIS FIERY FINGER AS HE TWICE DID Before Moses ?
My own fancy answer is that given man’s fallen nature, we would only look upon HIS WORD
Thus Written as only “Natural Formations” and quickly go by and forget IT.
Another GOD’S Servant gives a more Devotional Answer by pointing out that, outside of
the Adam, nowhere in the Bible it is said of another OF GOD’S Creature That it is made
In THE IMAGE OF GOD [*], hence THE CHOICE.
Yet still we must wonder at Such A Miracle Of GOD’S GRACE !
Another of my fancy answers is THAT GOD BEING KING AND FATHER To us, OUT OF LOVE For
HIS Children, WANTS Them to draw HIS PORTRAIT Through their imperfect perceptions
Of HIM, out of love For HIM rather than out of knowledge Of HIM.( I Corinthians xiii )
And As The Beloved Prophet Jeremy Writes, GOD PROMISES TO GIVE us a heart of flesh With
HIS LAW WRITTEN On it instead Of a heart of stone With HIS LAW BURNT INTO it.
In The Old Testament, GOD’S COMMANDMENTS WERE BURNT INTO Stone Tablets Carved Out of HIS Mountain.
In The New Testament, JESUS CHRIST’S COMMANDMENTS ARE WRITTEN ON the hearts of HIS believers.
