The Journey Home for a Prodigal

The journey home for a prodigal is often long and treacherous. King Saul did not make if, but Samson did, at great cost. Jonah made it but Judas did not. There is never an absolute assurance that a prodigal will get back to the Father’s house. Sin is insanity and the hog pen jarred the prodigal in Christ’s Parable back to his senses. The Bible says "when he came to himself" he said, "In my Father’s house there is…" He went home and you can come home today!
