The Islamic Shariah Law, A Threat to America

The entire idea of Shariah Law in America is frightening. A judge in New Jersey was hearing a case where a husband was charged because he had “serially tortured and raped” his wife. The judge, Joseph Charles, ruled on the grounds that “the abusive husband had acted according to his Muslim (Shariah) belief and thus not with criminal intent.” The case was appealed to New Jersey appellate court and, thankfully, overturned. (Shariah, The Threat to America, p. 15.) The Shariah Law that rules the entire Islamic system is the exact opposite of our United States Constitution. Now, you can understand the battle we are experiencing right here in America. The present regime in Washington is committed to trashing our Constitution, along with a host of politicians, liberal journalists, and liberal elitists, etc. There are two systems of Jihad in the Islamic world. One is the violent approach where suicide or military might is the way to force their will. The other is called Civilization Jihad and America is presently experiencing this form of attack. American citizens can no longer tolerate this effort to replace our American way of life. European nations are already changing and submitting to a slow integration of Shariah Law. To a true Muslim, they have no choice but to be involved in one approach or the other. Here is an exact requirement for a Muslim believer, “In the community, the holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the Muslim mission and (the obligation to) convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force.” Ibn Khaldun asserts that this is because Islam is “under obligation to gain power over others nations.” (Ibid, p. 80.) The hope of America is not our politicians but the power of our God. While we should hold the feet of every elected person to the fire, we should be on our knees as never before.

    This is but another example of the god (devil) that they serve. He is not, nor ever will be the same God we serve. Sex is a mutual action between loving spouses. Designed by the Creator to be enjoyed. How can a wife that is being raped and beat be a loving and honoring wife. Why would any male in his right mind want or need to cover up a beautiful wife from head to toe, unless he was hiding his evil desires and evil actions. The whole islamic package has the stench of evil. Come Lord Jesus and put an end to this mess. You and you alone can help us with that before we self destruct. Thank you Pastor Joseph, preach it brother and shout the good news from the rooftops.

    If national repentance is even possible, it cannot or will not happen until individuals repent, return to the word of God and follow the Lord fully as did Caleb and Joshua. This begins in the church pulpits and in praying congregations who have not been snowed under by this world’s dainties. Otherwise we get what we deserve: Job 4:8. Look what happened to Judah and Jerusalem as God used Nebuchadnezzar in judgment against them. Could Shariah be used in a similar manner in America?

    It truly is a sad day in America. Because the Muslims are already here
    and that is their plan to take over America. As long as we have a Muslim
    that is running America he will support them and let them do what they
    want. Just look at what he has already done. He was raised Muslim, he was
    not born in the US, he has been associates with evil and corrupt men, he
    was in a group that I cannot call a church that hated America yet he did
    not know that. How mixed up is our country to not realize until we all
    and I mean the government too understands our country is one nation under
    God we are going under. How some states still with the chance to change
    the evil people running the government still chooses to put right back
    in the very people that is sending our country to hell. I pray every
    night for our country and that the evil ones will be removed and Godly
    men will take over.

    do to get it back to a Godly nation.

    Most Christians may not be aware that many Muslims regard The Psalms as the least corrupted of all the Bible books. Knowning this should spur all Christians to serious study of the Psalms so our Muslim friends can be shown from the Psalms that Jesus Christ was indeed God although in human form. Also, His death by crucixion was foretold many centuries before crucifixion was invented as a means of execution.

We must pray and fight harder against this enemy like we never have before!!! We have to save our nation, depending on GOD to lead us against this satanic enemy!! mohammad was demonic, I’m convinced he was not a human being, but rather was under total control of satan. It’s unfortunate that he lived to be an adult demon.

    As bigoted as it may sound, I say that all legal means should be used to stop the spread of Islam im America. Some will say, but they have rights. OK but do you allow something to spread that will take away your rights?

    Not only doe we in America not accept murdering and killing, but God of the Bible does not either. To this we must stand up for all persons rights – if a Muslim woman is to be tortured or killed we must step in and stop the insanity. That woman has rights too. Whether her crazy husband or father thinks so or not. Americans must not and must never tolerate these weird crazy abusive Muslim excuses. Praise to the one true GOD.

    Hello Pastor Joseph.

    You are right on target about the nature and ultimate goal of Islam. I think it is no coincidence that it is flexing its muscles as the church and democracies are in rapid declines.

    The U.K. already has over 80 sharia courts and the rest of Europe is only now starting to realize the precarious position that it is in. Anyone who thinks the United States is immune to this happening here is living in an illusion.

    Sharia law and Islam itself is diametrically opposed to the freedom we have come to take for granted. So it’s up to each of us to educate ourselves and our friends, even if we end up taking it on the chin for doing so.

    As you said Pastor Joseph, jihad need not be violent, but its goal is just as dangerous. The term “jihad” means “struggle.” Isn’t it interesting that Hitler’s book “Mein Kampf” also means “My Struggle.” Looks like the devil is just using another “struggle” to assert his domination over our earth. And for seven years Tribulation time, he will succeed.

    Looking around our world today we who study and believe the Bible can see the stage being set for this right now. So it is more important than ever for we Christians to continue to grow the faithful remnant in the short time we have left.

    I think the vast majority of Muslims in the USA would not want or expect Sharia to replace the freedoms and structure we have in the Constitution. We do need to guard against those who would.

    The basic meaning of Sharia is “pathway to the waterhole”. In that sense it can be a good principle of guiding children and youth or even adults when in a dangerous climate or along a dangerous path. Consider how we would apply Biblical principles to this idea.

    I would like to make note of Al-Taqiya in reference to this discussion. It is a concept based on Quran 3:28 and 16:106 as well as hadith, tafsir literature and Islamic judicial commentaries that permit and encourage precautionary dissimulation as a means for hiding true faith in times of persecution or deception when penetrating the enemy camp.

    It calls for “Concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.“ I would note that Taqiya has been used by Muslims since the 7th century to confuse and split “the enemy”

    Muhammad said, “War is deceit.” Bukhari 4:267 and 269

    We are called to be on guard: “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Mathew 10:6

    Without a strong biblical worldview that which is unseen remains hidden. We are in a war and most people do not even know it.

    There are various flavor of Sharia Law. One of the virtually unchecked avenues that is being used to infiltrate our civilization is Sharia Compliant Financing. Do some reading on Harvard law schools “Islamic Finance Project.” Read up on Justice Kagan and her involvement at the law school when Harvard’s president Larry Summers, accepted $20 million donation from Prince Alwaleed bin Talal for the creation of this department to legitimize Islamic history and jurisprudence. The prince also founded the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University.

    Here is a quick breakdown of Sharia law. Sharia Law can be organized in several different ways according to different Shia or Sunni interpretations. Sharia is divided into five main branches:

    1. ibadah (ritual worship)
    2. mu’amalat (transactions and contracts)
    3. adab (morals and manners)
    4. i’tiqadat (beliefs)
    5. ‘uqubat (punishments)

    The “Reliance of the Traveler”, is an English translation of a fourteenth century CE reference on the Shafi’i school of fiqh written by Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri. It organizes Sharia law into the following topics:

    1.Purification
    2. Prayer
    3.The Funeral Prayer
    4. The Poor Tax, Fasting
    5. The Pilgrimage
    6. Trade
    7. Inheritance
    8. Marriage
    9. Divorce
    10. Justice

    There are substantial differences in Sharia law between different schools of fiqh, countries, sects, cultures and schools of thought. But this will give you a general overview of a legal system that is very different from our constitution.

    Dear Pastor Chambers

    Ther real threat to America is the fact that as Christians we don’t want to associate with each other! I don’t mean lets get on the band wagon and make a world religion. I am talking about fellowship such as Hebron and Abraham fellowship!

    Islam is going to make mince meat of us because one denomination won’t have anything to do with another, every one is wrong, my little navel gazing church is right…. most christians don’t even know what part of the body they are. Hence Ezekial chapter 34 we are weak and sick and unable to fight
    We have no fellowship to do the fighting with. PCM is a good group but its kinda small in the scheme of things

    I find it ironic of these liberal womens groups like NOW etc w/even a form of sharia law, I need not go where this “will” lead (the Christians or those who might care) will be out of the way! What about the gays?! I do believe that the Lord does have a sense of humor and of coarse all these atheist Jewish folk’s (there Sir names) will have there worst nightmare come true for Satan will throw them “all” under the bus w/o honor. They “all” are making their beds and will be forced to sleep in them while Hades awaits! This is very sad, for people are clueless of the horrors of Hell let alone the absence of GOD and anything good. Don’t ever wish anyone to Hell, most have no idea what awaits those that go there!
