The Bible Warns His Saints Of False Prophets.

"For many shall come in My name, saying I am Christ, and shall deceive many." ( St Matthews 24: 5) How do we decern between the true and the false? The Bible gives wonderful truth to keep ourselves from error. First, we know a tree by the fruit it bears. We never decern by works, but by fruit. Works can make error look right but fruit reveals the nature. Nothing that ever appears in the Lord’s Church but what is taught or displayed in the Bible. For instance, oil appearing in persons hands or gold dust falling on peoples clothes. Such useless display has no value, but serves to exalt the minister that it is connected too. Always search the Holy Scripture to document a claim that something is of the Spirit. The Bible says, "But try the spirits whether they are of God…." (I John 4: 1)
