“STRANGE FIRE AT GOD’S ALTARS” CALLED THE HOLY GHOST

(LIBERTY UNIVERSITY HAS JOINED THE EVIL OF THE HARLEM SHAKE) THE FIRE OF THE CHURCH WORLD IS EVERYTHING FROM THE ‘HARLEM SHAKE’ TO THE ‘SPIRIT OF KUNDALINI,’ AND EVEN WORSE. Without question the spirit of Antichrist is the controlling emotion taking the church world to hell. A very slim number of the saints have any spiritual discernment to recognize what is happening. There are a multitude of virgins in God’s church without oil in the vessel and they sit with wide eyes while the new religious personalities feed unclean religion into their minds and spirits. No wonder Jesus told the foolish virgins, “Verily I say unto you, I know you not.” This strange fire is blinding and there is only one means of true discernment.

The Holy Ghost and the truth of Scripture will identify these strange spirits and there is no other light to protect you. Nothing drives this strange fire like the music behind it. From the first day that contemporary and rock music entered the church the design was this strange fire. When you see the “Harlem Shake” in churches and the spirits of Kundalini, the picture is becoming clear to wise saints who are remaining true. Sadly, those that have been taken captive are riding the wave right down the path to destruction. If Jesus tarries ten more years there will not be 1% of the churches and ministers left to proclaim the truth.

Let’s try to understand what the Bible calls “STRANGE FIRE.” You always go to the “law of first mention” to understand truth. Recently, I posted two articles that were on one subject, “The Fragrance of Pentecost.” It shows the beauty of God’s anointing in the anointing oil prepared for the tabernacles in the wilderness. This anointing oil was absolutely of the purest form. It was four parts expensive fragrance and one part olive oil. It had to be exact and could never touch someone unclean. The four parts of fragrance were a type of the person of the pre-incarnate Christ and only one part oil. The oil had one purpose and it was to unite and deliver the fragrance. In other words the anointing is always four parts Christ and one part Spirit. We are anointed to make known Jesus Christ and never to manifest flesh. At any point or time when the flesh is more visible than the fragrance of Jesus Christ, strange fire has appeared. It may seem innocent at the beginning, but it is always destructive.

The first time that God manifested His fire to a sacrifice was in Leviticus ten. This occurred very soon after the anointed oil was created by the Art of the Apothecary. Moses and Aaron had offered a sin offering, a burnt offering and a peace offering to the Lord for the people. The Scripture said, “And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.” (Leviticus 9:24) This occasion was so powerful and convicting that the people fell on their faces.

It’s easy to see that when Aaron’s sons saw the spectacular results they wanted to be seen by the people just as powerful with the Lord as their father and uncle. They did not have God’s anointing so they had to produce their own anointing. “And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.” (Leviticus 10:1-2) The Bible does not tell us how they produced their fire, but it sure did not come from the presence of God. They probably devised a trick or used some slight of hand to set fire to their censer. The fire was called “strange fire” because it was not holy fire.

From that day to this present time our Father has always provided His own fire when men have worshipped Him. The day of Pentecost is a perfect example. When the day of Pentecost was fully come, God’s fire fell on 120 souls who had patience to wait for God to show His glory. “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:2-4)

Every time there was a move of the Holy Ghost in the Book of Acts, it was spontaneous. Nothing was done to create the activities of God’s Spirit. When we manifest any activities or action of the anointing, it must be God’s visitation or the action, emotion, or manifestation is “strange fire” and rejected by the Lord.

Anytime a person is anointed by the Holy Ghost all the glory will automatically exalt the Lord. We must protect this anointing when it moves on our life by shrinking from one moment of self glory. If any person receives any glory themselves at that moment, the Holy Ghost will withdraw His sovereign Hand and Fire. God’s servant must never forget that this “Treasure of His Holy Anointing” is upon our “earthen vessel.” For this very reason the anointing is almost unknown in this present day. It will return when we repent, sanctify ourselves, then let God sanctify us and revival will occur.

What we see in the present church world is “strange fire” and it is developing to the point of blasphemy. When I saw Todd Bentley explode on the stage in Pensacola, Florida, I knew the last stage of the false anointing had arrived. It is no longer just strange fire, it’s blasphemy and God will shortly judge. In the meantime, God is looking for Godly saints to totally surrender so He can fully pour out His Promise of the Latter Rain of Pentecost.

    Thanks Bro. Chambers for another “heads up” to the Church. When we think we have seen the most
    bizarre, something else more strange pops up. This trend will continue up until the moment when the Trummp of God shall sound. I weep to see this kind of phenomenon overtaking the once Bible based, Christ-centered denominations. I do not have to look too far from my own roots in the Church of God to see such. The pioneer holiness preachers and founders of the past would be heart-broken at what is going on in this generation. The genuine must have a counterfeit. In fact, the conterfeit proves the genuine even more. My heart is burdened for this generation, but we have this assurance, God has not changed, and He wants this generation to also know and experience a genuine anointing of the Holy Ghost.

    To say that all manifestations and fire are of the devil is wrong. The fire of God has a purifing affect for those that are seeking Him. Falling under the power of God is not new in Pentecost, It has happened from the beginning. Sometimes Gods presence and Glory is so powerful that it overpowers you. You can have the same fire that happened on the day of Pentecost.

    I agree with you about todd Bentley but you can not use him as an example of all pentecostal revivals.

    All ROCK MUSIC IN RECORDING STUDIES IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF SATANIC DRUIDS. Even “CHRISTIAN” ROCK and “CHRISTIAN ROCKERS” are under their control. So when they bring DRUID CONTROLLED ROCKERS into the churches, it can only bring spiritual disaster. These people are SPELLBOUND BY SATAN. It is all under the control of demons. In some churches there is even DANCING WITH THE ROCK MUSIC. These churches have become RELIGIOUS HONKY-TONKS. God did not intend for churches to DANCE HALLS OR NIGHTCLUBS as some of them have become like. How long will it be before you see NUDE DANCING IN CHURCHES? That is likely to happen in future especially in LIBERAL CHURCHES. And more and more formerly conservative churches are becoming LIBERAL. Yes these will soon be RELIGIOUS NIGHTCLUBS with NUDE DANCING and alcoholic drinks. Jesus said at the Jewish Temple (which was a type of church building along with synagogue churches) “MY FANTHER’S HOUSE IS TOBE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER BUT YOU MADE IT A DEN OF THIEVES!” Yes the Lukewarm LAODICEAN PROSTITUTE CHURCH IS LOOT-WARM to because she is a den of thieves. Their pastors even pressure politicians to raise taxes on “rich” and support expanding the welfare state as Gary North said about them. This is another reason why THE LAODIECAN PROSTITUTE CHURCH IS LOOT-WARM (she steals). It would be better if the churches got back to the OLD STYLE GOSPEL (COUNTRY BASED) MUSIC AND CONSERVATIVE PREACHING, AND THE OLD HYMNS INTHE DUSTY OLD BOOKS. And use the CONSERVATIVE KING JAMES BIBLE OR GENEVA BIBLE. Churches must NEVER BECOME RELIGIOUS NIGHTCLUBS OR RELIGIOUS HONKY TONKS.

    “Itching ears.” That’s what Paul said would characterize the church of the last days (2 Timothy 4:3-4). If you haven’t left “organized religion” in disgust by now as so many have, when was the last time you heard anything preached on this subject? If you are one of the fortunate few whose church has not gone down “Apostasy Road,” the odds are this subject has indeed come up. Sadly such churches are a vanishing thing. I think Pastor Joseph is right – if the Lord tarries 10 more years, these faithful churches will almost be extinct. Perhaps that is yet another indication that he will in fact return soon to save what is left of his people.

    Just to show how people would rather believe a lie than the truth, a woman who is a self-proclaimed medium has gotten a fair amount of press in a local newspaper and an overflow amount of people signing up to see her. Her main message appears to be that of encouraging people to contact the dead! How many people do you think would show up to hear someone speak on what the Bible says of this subject? Probably five, if you were lucky – and certainly no write-up in the papers would happen, either.

    I have yet to see any local clergy people stepping up to denounce any of this but I’m not surprised.

    Well, let’s see. Ed Branch does his usual elegy on Joseph’s wisdom; Bill is not so easily disposed to agree with Joseph’s conclusions; Keith shortens his standard booklength scrawl punctuated by CAPITALS, but then dives to the bottom of the barrell to hold up as a resource an example of Jack Chick’s print realm of hate? You can do find much better Christian writers, Keith.

    Last of all my favorite, Ed Black, the best of all writers here, mind you, continues his never-failing critique of organized religion (meaning Roman Catholicism, wink, wink) but also takes this opportunity to warn us about a woman contacting the dead, a medium of some sort, apparently. Ed didn’t name her, and here in Southern California, word of her seems not yet to have infiltrated the media haze of news stories centered on entertainers alternating with Obama bootlicking.

    While I can’t agree more that a man or woman pretending to bring messages from beyond is to be ignored if not shunned, I can’t agree with Ed’s continuing criticism of Catholic belief. I’m first to join him in denouncing bishops, priests and nuns wallowing in sin, doctrinal error and doing all they can to paganize the Faith. But the sinfulness of the minister cannot affect the effulgent, supernal grace of Jesus Christ. Otherwise, since ALL of us are sinners, the Church of Jesus wd have to shut out the very people who need her the most, as the dispenser of Sacramental Grace and home of Jesus Himself, residing in the Most Holy Eucharist.

    Open a church anywhere, advertise PROPHECY, PROSPERITY, MIRACLES,POWER AND “LOVE”. You’ll make a PACKET but it will be full of tares on their way to hell fully believing that they serve Christ and are born again.
    The bible is seen as a cafeteria where as you walk along only the parts you like, the parts that make you feel good are utilized. Thus creating false doctrines and gospels at every turn.
    We are in an age of sensationalism. People need feelings and especially excitement in order to think they are in the service of the Lord, there is no faith, no new life just happenings.
    They are not and cannot submit to Christ because they love darkness more than Light and refuse to come because their deeds are evil.
    If there is no death to self there is no resurrection no new life.

    I dont know how anthing could do more to keep going the same way, It will be pay day some day
    that is sad, People just cant reelize the lost condition, that they slowely slip into, It can only get worse as we move to the final stages.

    You were probably actually referring to me when talking about “Ed Black.” I’ll thank you not to put words in my mouth – or read into my comments things that are not there. My criticism of organized religion was general in nature and the medium I was talking about is not in California – you have the wrong coast altogether.

    It would be nice if you got your facts right before making assumptions which turn out to be wrong.
