SHARING MY HEART WITH THE SALTY SAINTS FAMILY: MERRY CHRISTMAS
“I’VE BEEN LIVING IN THE BOOK OF PSALMS FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND I FEEL LIKE A CALF IN FOOT HIGH CLOVER.” It is awesome to read this “Gospel of Jesus Christ” written 1000 years before His Virgin Birth. In Psalms Thirty Four is a powerful verse that reads, “He Keepeth All My Bones: Not One of Them is Broken.” (Psalms 34:20) The Holy Spirit planted a Pearl about Christ in the midst of the spiritual language flooding David’s worship and praise. What a powerful example of how the Lord intended for us to live. It seems strange to find a Messianic Prophesy hid in what appears normal as the Psalmist pens His song. But it only seems that way because we live to far from a spiritual mind. Absolutely, He is everywhere and in everything.
“The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly.” (Proverbs 20:27) Every one of us has the capacity to live in fellowship with our Lord and to do so is “Joy Unspeakable”. Multitudes of people delight in the most empty of interests and pleasures. This great Book of the Holy Bible teaches us to, “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” (Psalm 37:4) Our Father and His Son are more desirous of fellowship with the saints than we have learned to have toward them. Jesus said, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.”(Matthews 5:6)
The Psalmist David stated a truth that most people, even the righteous, have never learned. Our time is His time and we have been created to walk in His design and surperior ways above this world. “My times are in thy Hand….Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake.” (Psalms 31:15a, 16) Our Lord desires a special time with His Saints every day. Listen to the Spirit speaking by Job in his darkest hour. ” And that thou shouldest visit him every morning…”(Job 7:18) Our God actually desires to meet us every morning. I learned this powerful truth many years ago and I try to live by it every day. Here is a great poem that I memorized to live by daily. I do not know the author but I know the joy.
I met God in the Morning,
When my day was at it’s best.
And His presence came like sunrise,
Like a glory in my breast.
All day long His presence lingers,
All day long He stays with me.
And we sailed in perfect calmness
Over a very troubled sea.
So I think I’ve learned a secret,
Learned from many a troubled way.
You must seek God in the Morning,
If you want Him through the day.

It was a centrally controlled group and they sued and took our hard earned campus. In a few short years we have a beautiful new campus worth over two and one half millions in value.. Our Church, Christian School, Radio and Media ministry is strong. Our total debt is a little over $300,000.00 and we will be debt free soon.
3. I am still dreaming of a Classical Pentecostal College to educate hungry people from anywhere in the world in the great doctrines of the Bible. I could share dreams on my heart but the Spirit of the Lord will inspire you if it pleases Him for you to be a partner.

It has been a pleasure for me to read the commentaries from Pastor Joseph and from the people who have posted responses to them here this year.
Even though genuine believers may sometimes disagree, for the most part it has been a respectful – and educational – discourse.
My best to one and all this Christmas and in what is sure to be a challenging new year as we keep looking up and listening for that upward call.

I have known this fine pastor, Dr. Joseph Chambers, for many years. He was my pastor in my home town
when I was in military service to our country. I remember an occasion during that time
when he asked for an event to be rescheduled so that I could attend on a certain weekend
away from base.
Some 46 years have passed since then and Brother Chambers is living the Bibically
holiness life as he was then. He has not comprimised or jumped on any fleeting
bandwagon or strange religious philosophy. He is as stalwart for God and His
Holy Word as ever (if not more so)!
Brother Chambers leadership ability has been, and continues to be, exemplary.
May the Lord continue to richly lead, anoint, and bless you and your wonderful
congregation as you push onward and upward by faith!

You are right in that we will all one day answer to Jesus. That includes you as well, so it might be a good idea for you to lighten up and let JESUS handle the judging of the rest of us.

Amen – that flesh and spirit would be as water and oil they just don’t mix – that is unless we have a good strong spirited soap cleanser (Jesus would add through the holy spirit greater mind instructing the little flesh carnal mind through Jesus’ clensing mix ) – and as for the poem soooo good, for it would be in the night when mans mind is shut down, for those who love the Lord that the holy spirit is alive in us to work greater than yet together with us, yet it is then that God would be( as an analogy yet as sending smoke signals that we would not be aware of – but in the early mornings awakening as the world would still be shut down in and around our minds – to take our cup of coffee, our pen and paper, our bible to sit down quietly with Jesus and let Him lead our minds that after some period of His defining time we will become aware that we are receiving instruction, then to realize it is now the holy spirit in us coming after Jesus to now be our instructor with Jesus as our companion, friend.

I forgot his name, but his wife’s name was maud ami, He was off a few years. I remember he turned
hollywood, He had lots of the stars on his show, needless to say it closed down, Pastors sometimes
slip, Pastor Joseph stays solid, No one can serve 2 masters, You will love one and hate the other
