Satan is Busy Buying Souls
Yes, Satan has a kingdom and he gives it to whosoever he will. That’s an overwhelming thought and it is changing the way many people live. Satan made that point to Jesus and the Son of God did not argue with it. He simply rejected any desire to be a part of his dark world. Look at the manner in which Satan tempted Jesus, “And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve” (St. Luke 4:5-8). The Scripture further states that Satan is the “god of this world” (II Corinthians 4:4). If you will give him your soul, he does have the power to give you the kingdom of the world.
Our world has a multitude of people that Satan has purchased just like he tried to buy Jesus. Many people will look at their worldly blessings and say, “Look what God has blessed me with.” They do not know that it was not the God of Heaven but the false god of this world. Any material blessing that does not come in a manner that makes you a greater saint or richer toward God did not come from the Heavenly Father. Anything you possess that robs you of your family time, your church life, or your devotion in the Word of God and prayer is not from the God of Eternity. When your job becomes a weight around your neck, you must ask the Lord of your life to free you for His kingdom from the burden of destruction.
If the world offers you some great possession that separates you from the church where God has planted you, you must stop to consider the source of that offer. If the world tries to buy you away from the time necessary to be a great elder or deacon in your church, a dedicated dad or mom, or a dedicated husband or wife, the offer did not come from the third heaven but from that kingdom in the mid-air. Satan is very busy buying this world’s allegiance. We look at lives of rock stars, movie actors, and other celebrity personalities and quickly admit that they have sold out to the god of this world. Do not forget that the devil is buying the little man or woman just like he is buying the big fish.
No wonder Jesus made such strenuous requirements for His disciples and saints. The world and its god, Lucifer, are constantly after your heart. Satan will pay any price to buy and destroy your soul and the only possibility for your eternal salvation is total surrender to Jesus Christ and His Kingdom. You must “forsake all,” the entire world and all of its claims for your one Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He said, “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?” (St. Luke 9:23b-25). Later, He added, “If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple” (Luke 14:26-27). The majority of the church world is religious but knows nothing of this kind of Biblical surrender. They are going to be eternally lost unless someone gets this message to their heart.
The only blessings you can count as being from God are those that come to you after you have denied all to follow Jesus. When you surrender to Him, deny yourself, and deny all the claims men make on you in exchange for the one life of total lordship under Jesus Christ, He will meet all of your needs and give you more than Satan could have ever given, plus eternal life. That is His promise to every saint of God. Read carefully, “And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake, Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting” (St. Luke 18:29-30). His offer to every living soul is to give you His Kingdom if you will refuse Satan’s kingdom. There are only two kingdoms in the world and the choice is yours. Jesus said, “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (St. Luke 12:32).

Dear Brother in Christ Jesus, I am very scared bro because of the traditions of man, the denominational structure in our churches today, the new addition of the scriptures called the n i v, and the most rescent teaching that has now crept into our local churches, namely “the alpha course” All of which God has no part of. I have decided to come out of church these last three years and God has told me to concentrate of open-air evangelism, for me to teach the sinners what the Father has taught me. What I am finding is very sad indeed, people do not care about The Lord Jesus Christ at all, they do not listen to what He has done for them, how to get to heaven, their souls salvation, repentance, Jesus becoming their Lord and Saviour, the book of life of which I teach a great deal about, heaven, hell, the lake of fire, all that contributes to their souls salvation. Nobody stops and listens, nobody asks questions, very few gospel tracts are received from me, two souls have been saved in the last two years, bless God for ever more, I know a great deal about the end times, the Lord’s soon return for his people, I teach that too a great deal, very little to no responce at all, Have we left it to late? is it possible that because of how we have been in church, and not what God requires of us that things will get worse? This certainly explains why so often those living the most decadent and depraved lives are so often prosperous, doesn’t it? Just take a gander at the icons of our society today and it ought to tell you where the source of their material wealth really is.
It ought to also give one a good perspective on those extravagantly living purveyors of the “Properity Gospel.” Just remember, for every wealthy righteous person like Abraham and Joseph of Arimathea, there were many more corrupt rich people like Pontus Pilate and Caiaphas. Jesus said to store up treasure in heaven and that one cannot serve God and wealth (Matt. 6:21-24). Ask yourself: How did Jesus and his apostles live?
By the way, Matthew’s version of the Luke passage is actually a better translation: “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” (Matt. 10:37) I don’t why the King James translators rendered Luke 14:26 the way they did, since this would certainly violate the Fifth Commandment. The word “hate” is derived from the Greek “miseo” which can translate literally as “hate” but as Strong’s Concordance says: ” ‘Miseo’ basically means having a relative preference for one thing over another…” Just thought I’d pass this on to anyone who was as perplexed as I once was over Luke 14:26.

Just read your posting. Yeah, it can be discouraging, but hang in there. I left the Episcopal Church three years ago as it headed into apostasy and found that most of my former parish didn’t want to listen to what the Bible teaches.
But rest assured, God knows of your efforts and I am sure they will not go unrewarded. And to those who did listen, you’ve shown them the path to the New Jerusalem!
So keep fighting the good fight.

For those who do not believe that satan offers his kingdom I can tell you first hand he does. This is a true story. I was taking a shower at a friends house after getting my hair cut. First let me say I should not have been in that shower. It was not my house. It was the wife of a friend who cut my hair. While I was in the shower a voice or should I say the enemy said to me. “Give me your soul and I will get her in her”. Needless to say that is rebuked in the name of Jesus. But yes he does offer and does have control of alot more in this world than people think. Just stay in the Lord Yeshua and remain free. Thank You brother Joe. Keep it up.

You are right pastor..and we are in the time of the end, the two thousand yrs is up. the feast of Tabernacles is on us, HE follows His feasts and has fullfilled the spring feasts. the church says they are in revival..but the L-rd said the falling away and great apostasy is the last sign along with the hate for Jews..Genesis 12:3 where HE tells us the end from the beginning. He is coming for the true Church and the ones who follow HIM…The ones who have excepted Christ as L-rd is sealed forever with HIM>.No one can take what the Father has given HIM..unless you think the devil has the power to unseal you…Thank G-d HE died for all our sins, and the ones who will be left behind, HE will say I never knew you. the ones who turn toward Him after the rapture, will most likely be beheaded for HIS name sake..I pray the church wakes up and sees the lies of hell itself and remembers G-d said NO ONE can sit on the fence..you are for ME or against ME. love to all of you and lets reach out and win all we can,,that is our job..G-d bless..this is Israel’s tenth jubilee, it is the last………………we don’t know the day or hour but we know the seasons..

This glorious promise from our Adored that we will receive manifold MORE right now in this PRESENT TIME is about to be manifested in this coming Revival from on High. Glory to God!!! Dear brothers and sisters, just because there are some who twist that promise into a money-making scheme doesn’t mean we should toss the precious promise out! Take heart loves, even though you may be spiritually tuckered out at this time, PRAY ON because He has promised that “in due season we shall reap IF we faint not,” see Gal. 6:9.
