SATAN IS AGAINST THE ROPES, IT’S ALMOST OVER FOR HIM

(SONG: “I’M GOING HOME WITH JESUS” McGruders) THE DEVIL WILL SOON TAKE HIS LAST FALL INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE. THE END OF SATAN IS AT HAND. The eternal place of punishment for sin was not planned for mankind but for the devil and his fallen angels. Every man, woman, or young person that goes to this horrible place, will go there because they rejected the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Just because you believe He is the Son of God and Savior does not save you. He said it plainly, “Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3) In Mark, Jesus said, “Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Mark 8:34b) That’s very plain but sadly rejected by much of the church world. It will soon be to late.

Satan is unquestionably at the end of his rampage. Isaiah prophesied of his demise. “Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us? Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.” (Isaiah 14:9-11) We are living in the greatest hour of fulfilled prophecy in church history.

The Biblical history and prophecy of Lucifer includes four steps or falls to His final judgment in the Lake of Fire. First he was cast, put out from his lofty position in the Father’s Heavenly City. It appears he was the master of music and filled all heaven with praises to God. One can imagine the pure music and eloquent singing that stirred worship on the highest level. With many instruments of perfect harmony, the hearts of the angels and principalities of a heavenly order gave deserving glory to the Creator and His Son. It is beyond our minds to consider such glory that we will soon join.

Jesus Christ told us that He beheld Satan when he was banished from his position. Christ’s words were simple, “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” (Luke 10:18) We are warned in Scripture to make no place for the devil because He has no place. Since he has no place, he must seek out a place to do his dirty work. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:…” (I Peter 5:8)

The last three falls of the devil are portrayed in the Book of Revelation. No wonder the devil hates this book so intently. In Revelation Twelve, immediately after the Rapture, a war occurs in the second heavens. “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.” (Revelation 12:7-10) This renders Satan earth-bound and limited to the very world he has tried so intently to destroy. Now he will have to fight on a human level instead of a spiritual level. Now he will get bloodied himself.

After a short few years (seven at most) he will be bound and cast into a bottomless pit. The demons will taunt and attack him and pay him back for his lies and deception. Satan is in for hell himself. “And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.” (Revelation 20:1-3)

Last of all he will be cast into the Lake of Fire. “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” (Revelation 20:10) The Lake of Fire will be an eternity of bitterness, hatred, and vile attacks and war between the fallen angels. Satan, and his chosen principalities and powers will all scheme and fight with each other. The unsaved multitude of men and women will spend eternity in the midst of this pain and hatred. Jesus Christ died to save you from such a horrible existence.

    I’ll admit I’m in a hurry ~ as a result, I read this in a hurry… may’ve missed something? Doesn’t Revelation state that only the AntiChrist & the False Prophet will be cast into the Lake of Fire at the end of the Tribulation — and Satan will be bound & chained for 1,000 years — and then let loose to deceive the nations once again — before he is finally cast into the Lake of Fire for all time.

    I am very sad that most of mankind will choose to go to this place of torment; yet I must remind myself it IS their choice!

    Yes! Glory Be To JESUS! – It will be a Glorious Day When Satan is tossed in that Outer Oven where his Designed Worm will never Die, YES! I believe we’re all very Homesick, what a Day that Will Be!

    Most Bible Prophecy Scholars believe that Satan will be removed from Heaven at the MID-POINT OF TRIBULATION. So when we are at the Judgment Seat of Christ, I am not sure exactly how Satan looks when he leaves Heaven. A dragon looks more like a lizard than a snake. He might be something like a DINOSAUR, perhaps a T-Rex. Other lizards include alligators and crocodiles. In Revelation 12, he is a 7-Headed lizard. SATAN IS THE ARCH-TERRORIST, THE KING OF ALL TERRORISTS. If you have encountered VIOLENT DEMONS, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT, YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE ULTIMATE TERRORISTS. THY MIGHT EVEN TRY TO STRANGLE OR CHOKE YOU AT NIGHT, BECAUSE THEIR TERRORIST CHIEF SATAN IS THE ULTIMATE TERRORIST. Their FINGERNAILS ARE LIKE CLAWS, and are quite painful whe they grab you. Only Jesus Christ can stop these terrorists. So if you get strangled at night by these terrorists, CALL JESUS FOR HELP. When SATAN THE ARCH-TERRORIST IS PUSHED OUT OF HEAVEN, HE AND HIS FELLOW TERRORISTS, ONCE THEY REACH THE EARTH, WILL BE MAKING ATTACKS ON ALL THE TRIBULATION SAINTS, BOTH JEWS AND GENTILES. That is why a warnig is given to those on earth, telling them to WATCH OUT FOR THE TERRORISTS COMMING DOWN TO THEM, That is why Revelation says WOE! (BEWARE)! WOE! (BEWARE)! to those on earth or at sea, for the DEVIL COMES DOWN TO YOU IN GREAT WRATH (BRUTALITY), For he knows his time is short. It possible there wil be some more stranglings by the Devil’s Terrorists!

    Jesus spoke of Satan being cast out of heaven (luke 10:18) and it seems that it was written in past tense, as something which already has come to pass. This may be explained by the fact that time is seen from a quite different perspective by God. Past, present, future are all the same to him. It also explains “parentheses in time” one often encounters in the Bible such as Isaiah 61 where verse 1 and the beginning of verse 2 were fulfilled at Jesus’ First Advent, with the rest of that chapter yet to come.

    So, when we read Job 1:6 it looks like the devil still had “limited access” to heaven at the time that book was written and, according to Revelation 12:10, apparently still does. This is no doubt why Jesus continually acts as our High Priest at the present interceding for us (Hebrews 7:25), and countering the “accuser’s” charges against us.

    When we read of the archangel Michael successfully battling the devil, we see that his casting out totally from heaven becomes complete. Since Revelation chapter 4 – 22 are certainly an account of events future even to this time, this, too, must not have happened yet.

    It is my own opinion that this expulsion and loss of access to heaven is exactly the Antichrist’s power (and the rise of the false prophet) increases after his fatal head wound (Revelation 13:12), because the banishment may also affect Satan’s power in other ways making it necessary for him to act through human beings to carry out his intentions. I think of it as a kind of temporary “spiritual release on bail” limiting his movements. Note that this is just speculation on my part, but it does seem to be a possibility.

    In the end, as R.J correctly pointed out, the Antichrist and false prophet wind up in the lake of fire immediately before the Millennium. Satan is locked away for that 1000 years with his final disposition also into the lake after his release and after a last attempt to start a rebellion against God and the saints (the final Gog-Magog event, Revelation 20:8-10, not to be confused with Ezekiel 38).

    Satan is certainly doomed, but as he is cornered, you can believe his final actions will be the worst of all – and may be just around the corner.

    Demonic forces have occupied the earth since creation.
    Satan entered Judas. .. and probably Hitler, as well .. upon this earth.
    But he still had access to the Throne-Room as depicted in the Book of Job.
    Jesus granted a request for demonic hoards to enter a herd of swine.
    ( says something about why He never ate pig flesh, maybe )
    The earth will be healed & nature restored during the 7th thousand yr. Sabbath Millenium,
    but how long is the “season” when this evil is unleashed again on the earth … and WHY?
