LIVING IN NEW JERUSALEM OR LIVING IN THE SUBURBS

THE HOLY BIBLE IS THE BOOK OF THE HOLY CITY. THE HOLY CITY IS THE DWELLING PLACE OF A HOLY GOD AND WILL SOON BE HOME TO THE BRIDE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. The angel called Jesus, “That Holy Thing,” as he spoke to Mary, His earthly mother. There is no other religion that dares to call it’s religious book ‘Holy’ and no other god has a Holy people that fear Him with a Holy fear. We even enter the Sanctuary of our faith with a sense of Holiness and approach our altars as a place to meet our Holy God and experience His sweet Spirit.

This is the first generation of religious people that have turned the Houses of God into a cheap place of entertainment. The music of the emerging churches is punk rock or less and the day will come when orgies will be held on church altars. This may never happen before the Rapture but it sure will after the Rapture. The Catholic church started the idea that a pope could speak words and state principles that became equal or superior to the Bible. Now we have a multitude of Lying Prophets that imitate the popes. Rick Joyner, and a growing crowd are experiencing heavenly travels as they visit with the dead of the past. They call this “traveling in the Heavenlies,” and believe they are communicating with angels and saints. The same people trash the Rapture because they have already been where we are going, they think. All of this is occurring at the very door of the Tribulation period and is nothing short of demonic activities.

The Infallible Bible is the single true and tried anchor of our lives and is the Book we will answer to when rewards are given. Every Blood washed saint living true to our Lord will spend eternity in the New Heaven and The New Earth. “And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.” (Revelation 21:24) This is the least reward every saint will inherit. But the Highest reward will be to have a mansion in the city of “New Jerusalem”.“.And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”(Jerusalem 21:2) I cannot be satisfied to reach for any reward that does not include a Mansion in that marvelous city. This city will be the Hub of the New Heaven and Earth.The River of Life will flow from it and the Tree of Life will extend from it and all it’s splendor will beam the light to all the new universe. Once you are Born Again by His Grace you can be rewarded a Mansion by dedicated living in this Magnificent and Grand City.

THIS WORLD IS ABOUT TO SEE THE SHEKINAH GLORY OF JEHOVAH GOD.     The New Jerusalem is the Catholic Church. Jesus put Peter in charge here. Matthew chapt

    15 ‘But you,’ he said, ‘who do you say I am?’

    17 Jesus replied, ‘Simon son of Jonah, you are a blessed man! Because it was no human agency that revealed this to you but my Father in heaven.

    I am veryn surprised at your statement, “I cannot be satisfied to reach for any reward that does not include a Mansion in that marvelous city.” A Christian’s goal should be to see JESUS. What do we need a mansion for? that is earthly thinking. We will not get tired and need a place to rest. Jesus is the reason for my looking forward to heaven, not streets of gold or a mansion.

    I believe in the quote you supplied the actual meaning is that the “rock” Jesus referred to was not Peter himself, though the name Peter is derived from the Greek term “petros” which means “rock,” but rather his accurate profession that Jesus is the Christ. The Bible tells us that Jesus himself is the true “Rock,” which was rejected but became the chief cornerstone (Matthew 21:42; Acts 4:8-12).

    If you’ll recall, Peter wasn’t much of a rock, denying Jesus three times after he was led away (Matthew 26:69-75). Even after his greatly changed demeanor after the Resurrection and Ascension of Jesus, sometimes he still messed up (Galatians 2:11-14). He did so because he was human, like the rest of us.

    Therefore to ascribe infallibility to any human being (other than Jesus who was fully man and fully God) or any institution composed of human beings is incorrect because of our limitations as human beings.

    The great evangelist Paul readily admitted our limitations (1 Corinthians 13:9-13) and we would be wise to acknowledge our own for ourselves and our institutions.

    Only God the Father, Jesus the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible created under God’s inspiration are infallible!
    Also, the New Jerusalem is God’s Holy City, not a construct derived from any church or anything of human creation. A reading of Revelation 21 and 22 shows it will not even enter this sin-polluted universe of ours, but only after the creation of a new heaven and new earth.

    We are going home who chose Jesus is the only way to heaven..HE IS G-d, just like HE said: When He said, when you see ME you see the Kingdom. time is so short and those who love their church more than G-d and HIS WORD over mans..Remember the bible says,,It is better to believe G-d than man. and NO ONE will have an excuse.He said, I will be back in TWO days..a 1000 yrs is like a day to the L-rd, time is up folks, we are either for HIM or the false prophets. See 2 Peter 3:8 and 1 Peter 1:3-5 Romans 3: 10-11 We see the times and the signs of last days, which is not for the Church, after all G-d tells us we “Already know”,,but when we see there things begin to hapen, LOOK UP He is even at the door..we are going home..Shalom

    Having been raised Catholic, I understand the Roman church’s emphasis on Peter being the so-called rock the CHurch was built upon. Thankfully, the Lord delivered me from this huge religious system that is responsible for sending multitudes to the Lake of Fire because of false doctrine and failure to profess the whole counsel of God.

    Everytime the word Rock is mentioned in the Old or New Testaments, the Rock or Stone is Jesus the Messiah. The Rock Moses struck twice is the same Rock spoken of. Whosoever falls upon the Rock shall be broken, but upon those who It will fall it will grind him to powder. Good day.

    The Church and/or New Jerusalem IS NOT the catholic church. the catholic church is not the one true church of the bible. The CHURCH is Jesus Grace Saved Saints that lived after he came and live up to the time of the rapture, and all those in between. It is a common mockery that the Catholic church is THE CHURCH of the Holy Bible.

    As far as looking forward to a mansion, that is a promise from JEsus himself “In my Father’s house are many mansions, I go there to prepare a place for you, so that where I am, you may be also.” I do not find it bad to await and long for the beautiful city and buildings that Christ our Savior, who was a carpenter has build for his bride. Obviously at least one on here thinks like so many others – after we go to heaven we will float around on clouds just “BEING”. But that is not the case. We will have jobs in Heaven, we will create with our creator, fellowship with him, worship with him, play and visit with him, eat with him, reign with him!!! What a blessing indeed. Marantha!!
