It’s the HOLY BIBLE or it”s the LAKE OF FIRE” for eternity. The Bible is the Manufacturer’s Handbook. The Creator would have been remiss of His action in creating us as eternal creatures and not give us a guide to live by.There is no such possibility as human life created in the likeness of our God ceasing to exist. Our very consciousness demands that we are special beings that can choose the high exalted road or the way of sorrow and shame. Everything about mankind is breathtaking and beautiful and was not designed to end in some chasm of nothingness. God is Sovereign and Holy and created His world with a nature of righteousness. The entire universe is reeling and rocking because of sin and the effect of unclean living. The only possible way it can be justified in the end is to divide eternity between Heaven and Hell. Every living soul will exist in one of two places without guestion. To ensure all men have a choice, the Father sent His Son to be a sacrifice for our unholy living. He died to wash us of our fifth and make us fit for His presence in His Beautifully Prepared Eternal Home. There will be no sin and no sinner in this Heavenly city. There is no place to be cleansed after death. His Death is the cleansing power, not your death. He gave us His Son to die, He gave us a Bible to guide us and the Holy Ghost to keep us. There is no excuse! “But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone ne, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4) If someone says I am saved by the Blood and I do not have to live by the Bible, they are deceived. The Bible is God’s answer for every need in your life. What ever your CONDITION, homosexuality, fornication, alcoholic addiction or worse, His blood by the power of the Word and the Holy Spirit will transform you in seconds. I said seconds, not weeks or months, and you won’t need a Physiologist to rescue you. All of God’s work is supernatural and complete.

Another great message Brother Chambers! HUGE difference than the churches I have here. Here their motto is “Come as you are.” These are non-denominational churches too. Apostasy is at large and only getting worse, but thank God there are pastors like you Brother Chambers preaching truth. I know there are more out there too but very few compared to the church world as a whole.

Were the children of Israel save by the blood of the lamb at passover? If so did all who
were killed in the wilderness go to hell because they did not live by the Bible?(God’s
Word) If so is Moses in hell also because he died in the wilderness and did not live
by the Bible (God’s Word). The Bible is not the answer to every need in your life but
Jesus living in you is the answer.If you choose to live
by not following what the Bible says you may still spent eternity with the Lord but you will
reap what you do here on earth on earth and that could mean death (physical)but if you
have claimed the Blood of Christ to redeem you, you will spend eternity with the Lord
but with little reward. service brings the reward but the Blood of Christ is what
redeems you.

Sean; Your Catholic learning leads you to make such a false statement, “The Bible Is NOT the way to Heaven.” The Living Word is absolutely one with the “Written Word.” It’s the preaching of the “Written Word” by the Holy Ghost that brings souls to the Living Word”. There is no revelation of Jesus Christ in His saving powers without the Word of God anointed by the Spirit. Let’s allow the Bible to say it plain, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” (I Peter 1:23) Notice what Apostle Peter said of the Word of God, “Which Liveth And Abideth Forever” The Blood, the Word of God and the Holy Spirit are perfectly united. “And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit and the water (Word), and the Blood and these three agree in one” (I John 5’8) SEAN, please turn to the right way. The teachings by your Popes are false when they are contrary to the Holy Bible.

The Bible is NOT the way to heaven.
Jesus Christ is the way to heaven, by His own admission: “I am the way and the
truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).
Therefore, the theme of this latest of Brother Joseph’s pronouncements is as
flawed as most of his other attempts to make the Bible a Christian idol.
“Bibliolatry” makes the book of words take the place of Jesus, the Eernal Word.
To be sure, the Bible is a wonderful compilation of teaching and events, poetry
and prose of the highest order. Brother Joseph is right when he calls the Bible,
inspired by God, “the Manufacturer’s Handbook.” But that very appellation removes
the Bible from personal interpretation, as 2Peter 1:20, 21 makes clear. God’s
teaching was put into writing by holy prophets and the disciples of Jesus Himself.
St Paul rightly tells his friend and associate, St Timothy, “All scripture is
inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and
for training in righteousness, so that one who belongs to God may be competent,
equipped for every good work” (2Tim 3:16, 17).
But let’s not forget that St Paul referred to the Old Testament when he uses the
word “Scripture”. His letters form the earliest books of what are now regarded as
Christian Scriptures.

Hello Pastor Joseph.
I wondering about the “transformed in seconds” reference in the article. From my own personal experience, though I was saved instantly by accepting Jesus (and kept so only by maintaining this faith because I do not believe the Bible validates OSAS), my battle with sin continues. This is something John recognized – “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves” (1 John 1:8-10), so it is necessary to confess them to Jesus for his forgiveness.
In my case, even though God has kept me from drinking alcohol for over 32 years, there is yet a remnant of the desire to drink still with me. Same for cigarettes even though I had my last one in 1993.
I’m just putting this out there so anyone whose experience mirrors mine will not get discouraged if they do not find their own particular situation instantly cured. The thing to do is to persist in asking God to help you every day to overcome it and any other sin that may be a problem for you.
Even the great evangelist Paul had the same struggle, as he related in Romans 7:13-21. This does not excuse sin by any means, but Paul recognizes that our struggle with sin is something with which we have to deal until such time as we received our glorified bodies.

Just by the way the sins we commit effect our walk with Him & Jesus illustrated this in the upper room when He washed the disciples feet & Peter wanted Him to wash all of him. Jesus pointed out to him that this was not necessary as he was already clean. In wahing their feet He was showing them that their daily walk (relationship) with Him would be effected. Our relationship will be broken if we have unconfessed sin.
